3． Advanced documents: bidding document, judicial document, contract, notarization, annual report, government document, etc.
Notes:（備注）
1. Word counting: The number of characters adopts that displayed in Word Tool - Word Count -"Characters" – (No Blank), and for those translation materials which less than 1,000 characters, we charge for the same price as the standard
1000 characters.
2. Icon counting: The added parts like graphs, illustrations, examples are all counted as per the printing text standard.
3. Golden translation quantity/day: 3000-5000 characters
4. Urgent service：We will charge for a 20%-50% more on the base price; and the urgent standard refers to the translators’ golden translating quantity: 3000—5000 characters.
5. Prepaid deposit: The subscription is counted by 50% of the estimated characters
6. Rare languages: Except for the official languages like English, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and French.
7. All the quotations above are the general translators’ standards, if there is any requirement on senior translators, you
need to make an appointment a week in advance，and the price will be discussed separately.
8. Related service: we can receive and deliver the materials freely.
9. Attention: Customers are required to read through and fully understand our Buyer Guide before signing the contract.

Instructions:（說明）
1. Time counting: For interpretation, 4 hours are deemed as the base hour; period over 4 hours is considered as one working day.
2. Advance booking: In order to ensure the quality, we ask for more background information and materials as much as you could
provide. Price for special specialty and rare language shall be discussed separately. Any need on the first-grade simultaneous interpreters, you are required to make an appointment one or two weeks in advance.
3. Interpreters’ number: Every one or two interpreters are arranged to provide interpreting service. Any need exceeds two interpreters
will be charged otherwise.
4. The subscription fee is 50% of the total sum. The specific time of the service will be counted after the interpretation activities.
5. The second language: If any customer asks the interpreters to provide a second language, the price will be readjusted according to
the designated price of the second language standard.
6. Customers shall bear expenses for transportation and accommodation as well as safety of translators traveling to other cities, besides, 20%-50% of the total sum shall be added to the total sum.
7. If the interpreters work overtime, the extra fees are charged for 1500—2000/per hour per person.
8. These quotations are for your reference only; and the accurate price can be decided through mutual negotiations.
9. All the quotations above are the general translators’ standards, if there is any requirement on senior translators, you need to make an
appointment a week in advance, and the price will be discussed separately.
